Program Supervisor (Bilingual Spanish Speaking)
Supervise a team of behavior specialists and provide staff development support by assuring that staff responsibilities are defined and understood.
Conduct regular home visits to provide specific parent education and in-home/community-based mental health services.
Maintain evaluations, treatment notes, and progress reports.
Provide support to program supervisors by leading meetings; developing, coordinating, and providing clinical development trainings.
Assure that program supervisors’ clinical responsibilities are defined and understood as deemed by CSD’s mission, vision and services.
Evaluate clinical performance of supervisees and communicate concerns to the Regional Directors.
